Some insurance companies offer full or partial reimbursement for out-of-network (OON) mental health counseling services. If your insurance company offers reimbursement, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to them.
Questions to ask your insurance:
– What are my out of network mental health benefits, specifically therapy?
– Do I have a deductible? How much is it and what is the coverage after I meet my deductible?
– Do I require pre-authorization for out of network provider services?
Why should you use an Out of Network Provider?
Being an out of network provider allows us to provide you with a higher level of confidentiality than an in-network provider can.

We offer a limited amount of reduced fee sessions. Please contact us to see if you are eligible.

If your community of faith is willing to financially support your mental health counseling, please let us know so we can coordinate accordingly.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care may cost. Under the No Surprises Act, The Garden Counseling Services must provide clients who do not have insurance (uninsured) or who will not be using insurance to pay or reimburse for services (self-pay) an estimate of the total expected costs for services. You can ask The Garden Counseling Services for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
